"About a year ago, I received a ticket, and since I wasn't familiar with the area and had a clean record, I sought out Anthony B. Cantrell because of their positive advertising. Trusting their reputation, I paid $1200 for help in dismissing the ticket. Unfortunately, after making the payment, I quickly learned that he and his staff are incredibly rude and dismissive. They only answered a few of my calls and emails, and even then, they were unprofessional and unhelpful. Worse yet, they paid my ticket without informing me, which was not what we had agreed upon. Now, I have a ticket on my record, which will have a disastrous impact on my livelihood as a truck driver, significantly increasing my insurance rates and tarnishing my career. It's clear that Anthony B. Cantrell doesn't know the law and lacks the competency to represent clients effectively. The staff is extremely rude, showing a complete disregard for clients' well-being. Save yourself the trouble and find a firm that will truly represent your interests.

Called to get some clarification on if he was the right lawyer for me, or if I even needed one, whoever answered the phone was rude, kept cutting me off while trying to explain the situation and down right not helpful. When I finally decided to hang up the phone I proceeded to still say “ok, well thank you” he replied with “yea” then hung up. Will not be using him for any reason with the unprofessional phone call.
