Called in to ask for some information, the person who picked up was not only rude but really unprofessional. She picked up (mistell)and was laughing really hard and even mocked me to her friend…. I can’t even express how rude that is in a place of work, that’s supposed to be professional ! I will be telling my 1.2 million followers about this !! #ruined

We hired Kurt Gransee to defend my daughter who was charged with DUI despite several serious flaws with the charge. First and foremost, she was not driving her vehicle as noted to authorities by the store clerk who stated she had been sitting in the parking lot for over 8 hours. Hayes county also waited 22 months (pre covid) to actually charge her with this offense which greatly hampered her ability to locate witnesses that could corroborate the store clerks’ statements. Mr Gransee vigorously defended my daughter’s legal rights including the right to a speedy trial. After several hearings and the DA’s refusal to drop the charges, the judge ruled in favor of Mr. Gransee’s speedy trial motion and the charge was dropped. I have no doubt that without Mr. Gransee’s knowledge of the law, persistence, and willingness to fight the charge, my daughter would have been wrongly convicted of DUI. I would highly recommend Mr. Gransee to anyone in need of legal counsel.
