My Attorney was Mr. Kurt Gransee & I don't even know where to begin, when I first met him & had our first consultation, I knew in my heart & intuition that I had chosen the absolute BEST, trustworthy & knowledgeable Attorneys in all of San Antonio, TX. I was facing a DWI charge that I was terrified about being my 1st criminal case. I've had numerous run ins with the law that I'm not proud to admit by any means. My past experiences have felt completely one sided and like nothing was in my favor. My last experience I decided to hire Kurt Gransee and it was a completely different experience. I was arrested for DUI while asleep in my car in a parking lot. No previous arrests of any kind. Rush and Gransee's office took care of everything. I didn't have to show up for anything. It took a little while, just shy of a year for everything to get taken care of, but in the end, charges were never filed and my license was never suspended. During the process, I received regular updates via email on the progress of my case. It was great to have everything taken care of, no worries about dates and paperwork and needing to take time off and all of that.

Case involved charges of alleged sexual offense. I was never disappointed in the time and effort he put into my defense as well as his advise. He kept me informed of the complex proceedings over the two years that preceded the final court date. In the end, just as we were preparing for a jury trial - during which he kept me fully involved - he negotiated a very acceptable deferred adjudication plea and minimal probationary period.
