I spoke with a Robert Rush today and we was only on the phone for 20 sec and he cut me off and tell me he can't help me I have 4 cases ask him what's the other 3 cases he didn't let me finish cause I started off with a easy case first before the next 3 hard cases BLM

You get a good sense of the law firm when you enter his office. Everyone is very prompt to help you. Mr. Dereck helped me get my child back. He fought for me even on December 23; he called to confirm that my child would spend Christmas with me (up to that time, I did not saw my child for twelve months). He knows how to speak on your behalf in court, will not be silenced, and does not back down. The guy is trustworthy. If you need a lawyer, Mr. Dereck will help!!!

Mr. Ritchie is a God send to our family and was able to intervene and get our grandchildren out of CPS custody within 3 months. Our case is now close. Hire and fire for fun, the company dynamic is segregation, and they offer authority to unqualified and undereducated individuals. The professionalism is subpar. The owner performs well as an attorney, even though he’s only been barred in America for about 3 years. I would prefer this practice if it had seasoned attorneys on staff, but there is absolutely no likelihood a seasoned attorney would work somewhere like that. Your funds for your case will disappear in days before your eyes. Go with a firm where your needs are the focal, not tedious tasks you will be getting billed for, unlike most locations.

Met with several attorneys due to the nature of my situation, and was finally referred to Derek Ritchie. It cannot be understated how much I appreciate everything they were able to do for me, and although it took several years the team was with me every step of the way. Karen Marvel is no Super Lawyer. When she left the Wong & Marvel law firm, I emailed and txt messages with zero response. Her former partner had to inform me that she left the firm and to provide me her contact information since she nor her staff bothered to do that. Over a year with my case on correcting a clerical error for a Domestic Relations Order which she made worse as she couldn’t argue facts. Facts that were previously agreed upon she reversed with her lack of lawyering. She sells herself well but zero effort in return. My previous order still stands as valid yet still no resolution.

Mr. Ritchie and staff helped my step dad and mom fight for custody on my step brother. My parents were very happy w/ their results!
