I had the privilege of being represented by one of the finest attorneys in the nation, John Gomez. My case was a DWI 2nd offense and my assigned judge wasn't necessarily interested in a quick resolution. Despite our filing motions to suppress evidence and get the case dismissed, the wait was on. After numerous unreasonable warrants and conditions being imposed on my person, eventually John was able to strike at the prosecutor at the right time. This resulted in my case being dismissed after a year and a half of waiting. I entrusted John with this case and am happy to have heeded his advice in terms of our strategy in getting it dismissed.
