“SOCK IT TO EM SYLVIA” Ms. Cavazos is the best criminal defense attorney you can have fighting for you. Don’t let your ignorance rob you of your freedom. So if you or a loved one is facing criminal charges this is a “MUST READ”, based on my opinion. The best defense attorney is one who specializes in technical legal defense. Most attorneys education stops the minute they’ve passed their bar exam and issued their license to practice. Ms. Cavazos is constantly attending seminars to stay up to date on criminal procedures and the Laws that are forever changing. A defense can always be found in the discovery. While most police officers are fairly skilled at investigating crimes, most police officers are much less skilled at writing police reports. Ms. Cavazos will challenge the paperwork, the initial approach, the quality of the police interaction and finally challenge the procedure in whole. She cannot be intimidated and has no fear in the face of opposition. She will not just merely accept what is in police and prosecution reports. She is a trained criminal investigator and will go over the discovery with a fine tooth comb because she believes there is a defense and a dismissal in every case. Not some cases and not most cases but in fact every case. Mistakes can lead to the suppression of evidence or the dismissal of the case entirely, which is always Ms. Cavazos goal. She is a rarity and after researching every defense attorneys profiles in the state of Texas she was the only one I found to utilize this type of practice with absolute confidence. I’ve known Ms. Cavazos for over three years and in that time she not only won my case, she won my brothers, a friend and here just recently represented my son for the second time and with this newest case she got all three of his 1st degree felonies dismissed. i was raided july 2018 and the sapd narcotics unit they said i had 10 pounds of klimax , a pill press , and bunch of other stuff , i was facing possibly life in prison and she got all charges dropped!!!! i love sylvia !!!!!!!

There are no words that can truly express my gratitude for what Miss Cavazos did for me. It has not been an easy task standing firm in what I believe in and the services I provide for my clients.
