He was then hired and he was extremely thorough and kept me informed throughout the process. I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Phillips. Mr Phillips handled my divorce. He was very honest with me up front, telling me i wouldn't get everything i wanted but that he'd do his very best to see that i wasnt taken advantage of and if we couldn't reach a settlement, he'd be sure I had a fair trial. There was property settlement, child custody & support, credit card debt. He handled negotiations with my ex's attorney to my complete satisfaction and we avoided a costly court trial.
