Jamie received me as a client referral from another experienced attorney due to the complexity of the financial asset division in my case. Jamie is a strong lawyer. She knows her stuff. She is honest and won't waste your time or money. We hired her a few years ago to fight for custody of our young daughter back then we didn't have a case due to mistakes from our previous lawyer. Jamie didn't "Work" the case to make more money knowing that we didn't have a chance instead she was straight up with us which was appreciated. She told us what we needed to have a strong case. Fast forward to today we have a strong case and Jamie jumped right in took charge. She doesn't BS at all. Jamie and her team are personable. They don't leave you hanging for answers. Jamie has a great staff especially Tracy Ross. Haven't seen my son in over a month due to false accusations on behalf of my ex wife. Tracy walked into the court room with optimism and the courage that I lacked and got me my back visitation, plus some. We are going back to fight for my son, but with her by my side I feel like a new man. I had always felt like my ex had control, now I know that I don't have to take it anymore. As a single father in Texas, yes I do have rights. Thank you, Tracy and Jamie for giving me the courage to stop the abuse.

I hired her for a custody case that became messy and when we went in front of the Judge, she did not have much to say, did not ask for child support on temporary orders and then was more concerned about tallying up a win against opposing counsel. However, she did not take care of all the ridiculous small suits the other attorney was filing. She ran up my costs and then finally told me she was at a crossroads and I should seek other counsel. I would not recommend her for same sex cases as she was more into the drama.

Jamie was instrumental in a battle that lasted several years for the rights of my son. She worked with me through deployments and after being stationed outside of Texas in other places throughout the country. She kept me informed and helped me to navigate around the demands of the military so that I was still represented even when I could not physically be there. Jamie took my husbands case and helped us out of a mess that another attorney left him in. She was extremely knowledgeable, confident, and experienced in getting our standard orders put back in place. She did not allow our case to continue without visitation and we are now one big happy family. I would recommend Jamie Graham anytime for most anything I need. She still helps me now with questions and other issues like our wills.

I was charged ($300.00 per hour) for services/teleconferences that never took place. The Graham firm bills in 15 minute increments even if the conversation last for 2 minutes. I was charged for an hour office conference which lasted about 5-10 minutes, getting feed back/answers/status of case was like finding a needle in a hay stack, although the receptionist were very polite. Not very optimistic about the prognosis of my divorce despite the evidence I presented. Last but not least I was baited with Graham & ended up with a different attorney.
