Straight up he fights till there is no more fight to fight

Mr. Pittl handled my case with confidence and intelligence. He knows both sides of the court system and his experiences as a former prosecutor showed constantly. Mr. Pittl has an attention to detail that only comes with years of experience. He fought as hard for my misdemeanor charges as other attorneys would fight for serious felonies. If you are facing charges and need an aggressive, competent attorney on your side, you cannot go wrong with this bulldog.

Mr. Pittl represented my daughter in a case of false arrest. He met with us, heard our situation, reviewed the evidence and took our case. We had a court date of Oct. 26 ('15), but he suggested we go to court ASAP to get the case before a prosecutor. We did, and on Oct. 6 we went into court. He used the sketchy, weak evidence to prove my daughter was not even at the scene of the trespass, and that photo evidence was not of my daughter. The case was summarily dismissed, and Mr. Pittl helped us through expungement of the charge. It took several months, but my daughter is now in the clear. And, with evidence in hand, Mr. Pittl reduced the charges to represent us, as well. He saw the evidence and recognized that my daughter in no way resembled ANY of the people at the scene, and so he was willing to take the case for much less than the price originally quoted, We thank Mr. Pittl for his due diligence, representation, and professionalism.

Mr.Pittl represented our son on a charge of aggravated assault with DW. Mr. Kelly worked very diligently in a plea deal to get the best terms for our son. Years of prison time vs. probation was to be decided by judge. Mr. Kelly's lined up expert witnesses to testify how an unrelated TBI effectively change the person, and was different than the one who committed the crime. Mr. Kelly's step by step process, logical, convincing, and irrefutable, accomplished the best outcome (probation) for our son, which most deemed highly unlikely. Mr. Kelly's straightforwardness, compassion and dedication made all the difference.
