There are other websites that advertise they can do this type of service, but they end up being much more difficult to use and more expensive. Uncontested.com and Ms Smyth have a great process set up that made it easy to get everything done. I highly recommend them.

I am so happy to share that after 6 years of putting off a divorce, it is finally over with. Uncontested made the entire thing easier than doing your taxes. A few questions you have to fill out and then they take over. As with everything else that is sold online as a service, I originally thought this was fake, a gimmick or just a scam. We'll it definitely isn't. I paid for the premium service (documents, filing, final hearing and court fees), filled out all the documents and I was basically done. I did have a couple questions at start, they contacted me within 48 hours of me requesting help and took care of the worries I had. We did the notary portion within a couple days and we're done. They contacted me and let me know that the process was in the 60 day waiting period before it goes before a judge on June 26th, 2024. The human mind always wanders and I had worries and doubts. August 27th, 2024, I received an email congratulating me that the 60 days were over, no changes were made, and that it was time to put it through to a judge. I was picking up food today, September 4th, 2024, and while I was just browsing youtube, I got a notification of a VIP email. The divorce decree was completed and signed by the judge. I can honestly say that after 4 days shy of a 15 year marriage (the last 6 we've been separated, the last 4 we've lived 3700 miles away from each other), I am happier now than at any point of the marriage.
