Rachel provided me with support and encouragement through the most difficult time of my life. My divorce was a nightmare & she was there to walk me through it spending the necessary time on the phone or in person that I needed. She gave it to me straight and didn't just tell me what I wanted to hear, she was honest and up front and I appreciated that very much! She looked out for me on the cost side of things & always showed compassion for my situation. In the end, I walked away with a smile because she fought for me & won in areas I wasn't expecting to have favor in. I highly recommend Rachel Reuter as a family and child custody attorney. After a yearlong nightmare with another attorney and difficult divorce/custody case, I’m so thankful I have Rachel on my team. My past struggles included: enforcement, numerous false CPS allegations, and a lengthy home study. Rachel was able to remedy the situations immediately. She is extremely proactive, takes the initiative, and does her best to ensure that my custody is enforced. She and her team eagerly took on my case and aggressively got my children back in my life. She is on point with her communication and always does her own research. I believe she is very fair with her billing practices. Rachel is competent and provides me with necessary advice for legal decisions. She will be on my case in the future. I’m only disappointed that I hadn’t found her sooner. I retained Mrs. Reuter after a friend of mine highly recommended her. I must admit at first I was a little skeptical since I had to fire my first attorney after spending $4000 for one day in court. Rachel is a very talented and wonderful attorney in the nightmare of custody and enforcement, false claims, cps drama that has been my life I have had 3 attorney she is by far the most effective and well prepared. I found this lawyer in a pinch. Her and her team jumped on my case quickly and got it taken care of as fast as they could. If she practiced any other type of law I would keep a retainer on her full time. Her and her team are very knowledgeable about the type of law they practice. They will be on time every time. She also has a great professional personality and so does her team.

This lawyer is horrible, the service I received from her was not at all what was expected. She made decisions without my consent, never follows up but is never late sending a bill. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone unless you want to be your own lawyer.

I have hired Rachel for 2 custody cases with my children. She is very perfessional, but what makes her very unique is she upfront, honest and tells you the good, bad and the ugly. She never makes false promises and in fact gives you more of a worse case senario perspective, but in court she knows her stuff and is on top of the situation. She is very reasonable with cost and her office sends an itemized statement EVERY month to show where charges came from along with balances and payment history. I never felt taken adavantaged of and she always asked permission when filing things that would accrue cost. She communicates with me around the clock both emails and phone calls keeping me up to date in my case and is quick to formualte strategies. Rachel had me gather what my plan A, plan B and plan C should look like and went from there. I never felt vulnerable with her by my side and have referred her to so many friends, family and co workers who needed legal help. Litgation is hard and stressful enough,but having her as an attorney made it tolerable.
