We hired Kurt Gransee to defend my daughter who was charged with DUI despite several serious flaws with the charge. First and foremost, she was not driving her vehicle as noted to authorities by the store clerk who stated she had been sitting in the parking lot for over 8 hours. Hayes county also waited 22 months (pre covid) to actually charge her with this offense which greatly hampered her ability to locate witnesses that could corroborate the store clerks’ statements. Mr Gransee vigorously defended my daughter’s legal rights including the right to a speedy trial. After several hearings and the DA’s refusal to drop the charges, the judge ruled in favor of Mr. Gransee’s speedy trial motion and the charge was dropped. I have no doubt that without Mr. Gransee’s knowledge of the law, persistence, and willingness to fight the charge, my daughter would have been wrongly convicted of DUI. I would highly recommend Mr. Gransee to anyone in need of legal counsel.

I would highly recommend Mr. Bancroft and his team. I felt super comfortable around them and welcomed. They always kept in touch with me and made me feel taken care of. It was hard to deal with a car accident case as a full-time student with a job. I remembered being stressed out initially because I was new to all of this, but they guided me through everything and taught me many things. Every time I had a question, they were there to answer it and made it easy for me to understand. I will always be grateful for their help and guidance. Matthew Allen successfully defended a young adult that I work with as a court-appointed advocate and mentor.
