I just wanted to leave a follow up review that Jose Ibarra is still waiting on a response about his case. He has emailed, called and left messages. What a waste of money for an attorney that doesn’t follow up and follow through for their clients.

I could honestly say Mr. Ritchie and Ms.Vanya safe, me and my family and especially my insanity . I honestly don’t know the correct words to show my appreciation towards this law firm because it’s beyond words how thankful I am for them . All of them made us feel like family specially my girls like to be around Mr. Richie because he took the time to talk to them and asked her any questions they had that didn’t have nothing to do with the case. He never rushed them. And he will make jokes and laugh at their jokes towards him . That was important to me that was another example of them being a family environment .Their team is amazing including a lady named Vanessa there’s times that I had questions or concerns and she tried her best to give me answers or help me through my thoughts . Including her and the team all show compassion towards my situation. I never felt judge or talked about after walking out of it. Never underestimate a paralegal because let me tell you, Vanya did her thing and she also showed up for me as a mother and a woman. even on weekends or night she will reach out to me to make sure everything was OK and how my visits were going. And trust me she had to calm me down plenty of times and walk me through the situation . Mr. Ritchie and his law firm showed a deep understanding of my personal situation and demonstrated empathy throughout the legal process. This helped me a great deal to get through this difficult time. another big thing for me was since day one my team always stay the same if Mr. Richie couldn’t contact me or make it to any hearings it was Vanya but trust me he was always in the loop and was always pressing, even though he wasn’t physically there. So I really appreciate that he didn’t have me deal with different people. I really wish I could find the correct words to show them how much I appreciate them and how much impact they made it in my life and they’re not replaceable. hopefully I will never be in a situation like this again but if I am or in any trust me, I will be contacting them. Ron is truly amazing, along with Iris! My daughter was in a bad car accident by a distracted driver, and they fought for her every step of the way!
