I had a very complicated case an MTR on Felony probation and picked up a DWI. Will was very upfront with me and went out of his way to help me . I could have been sitting in prison if it wasn’t for him . I’m sober now a couple years. With his help I was given a second chance through a court program . He didn’t have to do a lot of what he did for me and I’m very grateful for him and his services. Even after I was done with the cases he still checked up on me . Highly recommend him .

Mr. Brooks defended me on a complicated criminal charge. After carefully reviewing all the facts with me, I decided to plead innocent and chose a trial by jury which Will fully supported. After months of legal wrangling and preparation, we were ready for our day in court. The morning of the trial, Will met with the prosecuting DA. I was sitting on the bench in the courthouse waiting for the trial to begin when Will returned from his meeting with the DA and informed me that she had decided not to prosecute. Through out the eight months of legal proceedings, Will never lost his focus or determination. I would unreservedly recommend Will as a defense attorney to anyone in search of the best.

Never expected this from a quart appointed attorney! The man was a great help and he went above and beyond any expectations my daughter and I had. Mr. Brooks went out of his way to make sure that we were well informed and was more than happy to answer any questions.
