Mr. Maverick has been very professional and helpful to me in probating my Mother's estate as she did not have a Will and I was at a loss both emotionally and with knowing where to even begin. He has held my hand through the process and has offered me the guidance I needed through some difficult members of our family as well. A Stone Wall

My wife and I initially worked with Brian on several issues pertaining to my deceased mother’s estate. It was a bit complicated because she didn’t have a Will and there were several loose ends; However, Brian patiently walked me and my 4 siblings through the legal ups and downs in order to get a proper closure for our mother’s estate. After seeing the problems that can occur without a proper Will, my wife and I worked with Brian on updating our outdated 19 year old Will to reflect the many life changing events that had taken place over those 19 years...There were many and the new Will gave us peace of mind going forward! At this point, we had come to know and trust Brian for going on 2 years and didn’t hesitate to work with him on other legal issues that he felt comfortable in handling with his expertise. One of those issues was selling our business that we had owned for over 34 years and dealing with all of the legal documents in the transaction. We have referred several friends to Brian and he has become our “Go To Guy” concerning legal issues - And, if Brian feels it’s not his expertise, he refers us to an attorney that would be better suited for that particular situation. Brian’s initial consultation is time well spent!

Mr. Maverick was recommended by a family friend and attorney. He recently handled wills, health directives and other documents for my elderly parents. He was responsive, attentive and easy to deal with. Additionally, he was patient, clearly explaining the various options to my parents. When changing conditions made things more urgent, he quickly reacted and was accommodating. I would highly recommend.

(UPDATE 8/23/18) 2ND issue, first one is below, can only post 1 review. Brian Maverick refuses to address overcharges to my father, an incapacitated ward, of which Maverick is the Guardian of the Estate. Several attempts via email, and even the same sent via certified letter, all ignored. The 1st invoice I did get him to concede to 2 overcharges and refund my father. Now that I have pointed about 20 more overcharges over the years, he refuses to address the issue. IGNORES the requests. As a family member I have a right to do that, ignored! What could be a simple meeting over the phone, agreeing to what needs to be refunded, will instead result in a lawsuit? Maybe that is what he wants as he will try to charge my father to defend himself, however I will protest to the judge, that he should not be permitted to do that, that would be obscene! Media will be invited I have tried to rectify these issues in a reasonable and civil manner. Maverick refuses to address the many overcharges, or to refund my father. 1ST Issue (UPDATE 5/8/18 - My father is not his "client" he is his "ward." Big difference! The disappointment in his service and his attitude continues) Refuses to answer reasonable questions, the run around. I advocate for my incapacitated father while apparently he pretends to? He botched, apparently, MY plan to assist my father who is financially exploited by a vindictive stepson and stepmother? I, not he, had to fight (and won) for a few causes to assist my father, while he did nothing? In my opinion not passionate or driven, prefers status quo. Not transparent when it was critical therefore not accountable? Causes unnecessary stress and wasted my time. Please provide the proof I have asked for multiple times and lets get this issue resolved! Needs to be done over, the right way.
