I had a DUI case at JBSA, which made it a federal misdemeanor. Joe was the lead attorney on the case but there were two working mine. It would take days for them to get back to me regarding questions and when the day of court came their case was based upon the breathalyser machine being wrong. I never indicated that to them and I had mentioned medical issues I was having that could have had an impact along with documentation. They thought they had it in the bag so to speak so they said I didn't have to testify either. The federal judge already had her mind made up that I was guilty so the jury voted that I was guilty and I received the maximum sentence of 2 years of probation after being on pre-trial for 4 months and in jail for 5 weeks. I had already lost everything because of this one incident and now the worst sentence was handed down. After, they did not follow up on anything or contact me because they got their 8000 for the case. CONTINUATION----- No one ever reached out to me from the office or personally as was stated and as of now it has been well over a month since i posted my review. I do have questions regarding a security clearance issue but I do not think they will ever reach out as they stated.

I worked with Robert and must say he really knows what he is doing. He is great. I highly recommend this firm. Clarissa was also great and always available to answer any questions.
