We returned for updates to documents we previously had created by David. The process was convenient, simple, and clear. David was able to meet with us remotely until signing which worked excellently with our schedule. Paperwork signing was clear, explained, and covered all our expectations. Great to work with David again, and would be happy to continue to use David for our needs!

My mother passed away last year and didn’t have a will unfortunately. My family and I hired Mr. Butterbaugh after he initially explained the process. We knew what to expect and always knew where we were in the process. It took time as expected but we eventually got through the process and we were able to get access to my Mother’s assets. David Butterbaugh recently helped my elderly mother write a new will and put all of her affairs in order. At every step, from the first phone inquiry until the signing of the documents, he was thorough and took time to understand what her wishes were and to explain how best to accomplish them under Texas law.
