My husband and I hired Jesse when my son went to college and was arrested on a drug charge. Our son was speeding and somehow the police man found a back pack in the car that belonged to a girl from school that my son gave a ride to. Apparently there were drugs in the back pack but my son had no idea they were there. The court appointed lawyer that we originally had was horrible. HORRIBLE! Eventually we were referred to Jesse by a former client of his and it was like night and day. Jesse jumped on the case and right away filed a complaint with the courts saying the policemen had no right to search the back pack and the judge agreed and said the prosecutor couldn't use the drugs as evidence. They dismissed the case!! We are so grateful to Jesse and the people in his office.

I attended an office party and may have had a little too much to drink. I was stopped by the police on my way home and was arrested for DWI. I was absolutely devastated over getting arrested. I was pretty sure that I was going to get fired from my job and that I would be convicted and go to jail. Jesse and his staff were really nice to me from the first time I met with them. Jesse walked me through the process of what I could expect and how he thought we could win my case. I wasn't a hundred percent sure that he could do everything he said he could but I figured I had nothing to lose. He took my case to trial and we won! he seemed even happier about winning the case than I did! I'll never get in trouble again, but if I do, I'm definitely calling this guy.

Jesse hernandez and his law firm have been nothing but amazing from the beginning. Jesse brought me in and spread the knowledge of my case and weighed all options out. He checked in with me often and as soon as he received any information it was brought up to my attention. With a ton of things going on he and his firm made it a point to stay in contact. Jesse Hernandez was by far the best choice for my DWI case. I was offered some choices and plea agreements that he felt were not acceptable. However it was his decision and recommendation that I continue to fight because he knew we had the best chance to win and completely have this removed from my record. He fought with me and for me from the beginning, and in the end I was completely pleased with the results. I'd definitely recommend his services.

Throughout the process he became more like a family member to us, and made our family member feel like the most important client he ever had. He fought very hard for us despite the prosecuted lying.

Jesse has been handling my case after a strong recommendation from a friend. I went to my first court date with no lawyer and soon found myself very overwhelmed. Mr. Hernandez is by far one of the best. Day or night he was there to answer any and all questions. He was extremely knowledgeable and always explained what was going on and what to expect. I have dealt with other lawyers in the past and Mr. Hernandez far exceeded my expectations.

Jane Deyeso represented me in my divorce 6 years ago. She spent a lot of time getting to know me personally to be able to represent me in my best interest. Having Jane represent me was the biggest financial decision I made and I have to say, the best financial decision I've ever made. I didn't go in to clean out my husband at all, Jane was able to give me the proper compensation I deserved. Instead of accepting too many clients and not being able to serve them well, she interviews clients and accepts those she has the ability to serve very well. Besides legally being on her game and highly respected by other family lawyers, she gave me such personal care. I did not expect that. She met with me for lunch after the divorce to make sure I was mentally doing good. Divorces are devastating times for families and to have someone who becomes your best friend and advocate are price less. I hope to never use her service again and hope you don't need to as well, but if you do, she is the best you'll come across.
