Mr. Hoelscher is VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. I felt very confident with him on my side advocating for me. He made me feel like I was talking to a friend and was very genuine. He worked hard to resolve the issue in a timely manner while taking the time to answer my questions, big or small. Even months later when I had a reoccurring issue I reached out to Mr. Hoelscher for guidance. He responded WITHIN AN HOUR and immediately began advocating for me again. He truly is the best in the business!!!

Mr. Hoelscher got my felony DWI dismissed because the officer shouldn't have pulled me over. It was my third DWI and I'm very greatful to not have a felony. I was surprised because he told me he hadn't been in the county where I was arrested in a long time but all the lawyers and the judge knew who he was. He laughed when I said I saw that. Then Joe said "This cop will remember us, too". A month later I was done and the officer staired at me when Joe was explaining about expunging my record. I told Joe and he waived at the officer and said "I told you he'd remember this". I will, too because it means my whole life. Mr. Hoelscher saved me.

Mr. Hoelscher has done two cases for my family. One was a felony. He was court appointed but he took care of my brother after his ex said he touched her girl by another guy. He listened and believed us and it got dismissed after he showed the prosecutor that she was crazy. We thought court appointed would be bad but Mr. Hoelscher only takes major felonies like murders and he says he does it because he likes hard cases. Well he had an investigator and everything. He did more on the CPS case than our CPS lawyer. After that, my cousin got arrested for cocaine and marijuana. We hired Mr. Hoelscher even though he was expensive. He got those dismissed. We are saving money for the expuction. We've sold a lot of plates. Mr. Hoelscher also helped me by getting me power of attorneys when they were in jail and he got my cousin a bond fast. Only thing is he doesn't always answer his cell phone but Margie always gives you an appointment to see u m in person. He texts too.
