No one enters into marriage with divorce in mind. Unfortunately circumstances can change in an instant and the services of a competent and capable attorney are required. I found just that in hiring Mark Unger. From day 1 Mark put me at ease and explained what our options were and recommended the best course of action. I appreciate Mark's use of technology and the ease of bilateral communication with both him and his staff. I am extremely pleased with my decision to hire Mr. Unger and with the ultimate outcome of my divorce with a child involved.

Mark has been my attorney for over 8 years now and every time I need his help he immediately returns emails, very professional and gets things done quickly and effeciently. Most recently he helped me with going back to my maiden name after becoming a widow. He was kind, compassionate and made the process as easy on me as he could. Everyone knew him on a first name basis at the courthouse and it was nice to see the way the employees interacted with him. I would highly recommend him.

I would say for a smaller case, not completely necessary (although he was amazing), but if you're dealing with a sticky situation, this is the guy to go to. There is no need to search any further for your lawyer soul mate, Mark is the dream lawyer, he will keep you informed, and will tailor everything to your specific situation. Even when we would disagree on something, he was respectful and would discuss his point of view with me, and also hear out mine, and we would decide where to go from there. Anytime you need a lawyer there is sure to be stress involved, I honestly don't think there's a better lawyer out there to help you not only deal with the situation you're in, but to also help alleviate the majority of the stress for you.... run, don't walk to him!
