I called 3 weeks ago in regards to a possible case. Each time that I've called back I've been told that someone will call me back. Needless to say I haven't heard back from anyone. It's just a simple phone call to say yes or no but I guess they're too busy for that. 0 Stars but I had to give at least 1 to post this.
