Had the best experience EVER with Aldrich Law Firm! My sister passed away without a will in San Antonio, TX and I live in Virginia. A friend of a friend recommended Russell Aldrich and another firm. I chose Aldrich Law Firm and I was extremely happy I did so! They kept me up to date on everything through emails and phone calls. I was able to visit with a judge and my lawyer via Zoom while I was at school teaching. I highly recommend this law firm!!! If I ever need a lawyer in the state of TX I will gladly go back to them! I contacted Attorney Russel Aldrich's Law Firm for the purpose of finding a estate litigation attorney. I found him to be very informative. My case involved estate jurisdiction. The former POA lives in TX and my mom now lives in PA. Very courteous, polite and knowledgeable in dealing with POA's and clients with dementia.

I hired Russell to represent me in a contested probate matter for a relatively large estate. The issues in the case were complex, involving years of financial records, multiple corporate entities, and various causes of action, to include a breach of fiduciary duty lawsuit and a request to remove the executor of the estate. Russell was meticulous in his approach and remained in constant communication with me throughout the process.
