If you’re looking for a highly knowledgeable and helpful firm to work with I highly recommend Erica Maloney. I was very satisfied with Ms. Maloney and her team. The firm was hospitable and answered every question I had.

When looking for a lawyer here in San Antonio, I didn't want to go to some huge firm where I'd be just another case. I had reached out to some of the other firms in the area and they seemed annoyed with some questions or they just acted like I was taking up too much of their time. I'm so glad I found Erica and her team. They made me feel like they had a genuine interest in my situation and walked me through everything I should expect moving forward. I'm not very legal savvy so them taking time to talk with me and answer questions was a huge bonus for me.

Very dissatisfied with this firm.  Their advertising of a free consultation is total B.S. After reviewing my information, they called and told me they were not interested in the case.  No reason why. No explanation at all.  When I asked why, I was told they were not allowed to give me that information.  Well now.....would anyone call that a consultation?  How about a two-way conversation?  What they gave me was not a consultation. My injury, although apparently small to them, is major to me. I would have at least appreciated some type of comment...I don't think you have a case....we're too busy right now....you have a case, but we just don't have time for it.  Or, it's just too small for us, but you should try another firm. Maybe a simple answer like...sorry we just don't think you have a case.  That I would understand.  So, change your advertising. My opinion is that these are a bunch of snobs that only care about THE BIG CASE WE CAN MAKE MILLIONS ON.  Sad.

Do not let Erica Maloney’s kindness, caring personality and barbie doll beauty fool you. She is one knowledgeable and tenacious attorney. She even took my case 2 weeks before the deadline to file! She always went the extra mile to find the facts and the truth. She listened and made herself available whenever I had questions. She is not like the big, huge firms where you are simply a case number. She takes interest in you and your case. You get the personal attention every client deserves. She will guide you through every step. She was phenomenally successful in settling the case with an outcome much better than I ever expected. Not only was the outcome remarkably successful, one important issue for me was knowing what truly happened to cause my injuries. Through the process and her ability to find facts I finally was able to know what went wrong and why. That was important to me and I did get the answers I needed for my mental peace of mind. If you have been injured through negligence, she is the one you want to call. You will not regret it.
