I had the pleasure of working with Joey Contreras for my case and five stars does not give him nor the firm justice. My situation was very particular, and the sentencing was severe but Joey did not hesitate to take my case after hearing my perspective. I knew the severity of my situation and was preparing for the worst, not because I doubted Joey and his team, but because I knew the terrible mistake I made. Joey assured me that everything would be okay every time I talked to him. We all knew that this case was going to be a lengthy one (over three years) and even though there were a few long periods of not hearing from Joey, please understand that the silence did not mean they were not working behind the scenes. My sentence carried 25 years to life MINIMUM and in the end, with Joey and his amazing team, I walked away with five years probation! This kind of outcome was the best one possible for my situation and it would never have happened without the determination and hard work from Joey Contreras and his team. I was blessed to have crossed paths with Joey and I am forever grateful for all of everyone's hard work. They deserve more than five stars and I would highly recommend anyone who needs a lawyer to look here first because you won't want to look anywhere else. They genuinely care, they listen, they will try their best, and they will get do everything in their power to get the best result for you.
