Looking forward to suing the life out of SA and de Los diablos

The receptionist that answered the phone on February 11th, 2022, did not answer any of my questions,about an eviction notice, she simply told me Get Out within 24 hours, Not in Texas, we have proper channels to go through before eviction. She really needs to improve her social skills.

I would first like to say mr. Dilley himself was very helpful. As for why the one star is because his assistant who answers the phone. She was very rude and she kept hanging up on me instead of trying to let me know what she was doing to help me out. She stated multiple times that she had sent an email but after that she also stated a comment after I had asked her if it's professional for her to hang up the phone on me multiple times. I even stated that I wouldn't let my own employees act like this or answer the phone like that. And all she had to say for herself was well I don't care what you do if I don't like what you say I will hang up on you. She also stated that I was yelling at her and I wasn't. Mr. David Dilley I would give you A5 star because you've been so helpful and I thank you but it's your assistant who answers your phone's the female who's really hurting your business.
