I hired them over the phone. I would try and call to speak to the lawyer but he was never available then I tried to speak with the paralegal and she was never available. I would be placed on hold for 5 to 8 minutes at a time with no answer and then the line would get disconnected. The receptionist was always very rude she would keep me online and forget and pick up 5 to 8 minutes later and say how can I help you. I would kindly remind her that I was waiting to speak to the paralegal or the lawyer Or even the manager. Very unprofessional very disrespectful and I never got call back from them. I was lucky enough to get my thousand dollars back. But I want to warn anyone else please do not hire them.

When I first started looking for a lawyer. I did my research around my area. I noticed some lawyer were polite but really expensive and not too knowledgeable. I never met Mr. Gutierrez. However his staff was very good and professional. I'm sorry to hear that others might not think the same but I learn something. An immigration process takes time and patience. If you are the type of people that think that just because you pay for a service you need a red carpet, then go pay 15,000 to 20,000 dollars for the same service waiting the same time but just because you were able to see your lawyer face. If you have the money then be my guest. I am happy to see my wife with her resident card. THANK YOU TO SANDRA FOR HER PROFESSIONALISM AND THE TIME SHE SPEND IN MY WIFE CASE.

I hired this attorney and I made my down payment and more, he never shows the face, I requested for my money back, and was a long time, months , a lot a bad service, never return phone calls, rude people, I requested to talk with him, never call me back, nobody call back, I spend and waste a lot of time with this attorney, he returned my money when he wanted, after around 8 months, JUST TO LET YOU KNOW!!!!!! if you need an immigrant service, I do not recommend this attorney!!!!!!!

The worst company ever, i hired them,to represent my brother, the attorneys from office they're rude ,worst treatment, they didn't do nothing about my case,i been a called 7 weeks, ever day,they just put me in hold, voice message, and i didn't receive any call back,i asked about my money back, and nothing idem,so please don't not hire them, they are worst office ever!!

After some security issues in Mexico my Family try found what options are available to live in USA. Whenever I call this office, they have been very reliable and always try to help me, What I've noticed is that they do not have enough personnel. I've never seen the owner of the firm.

I'm sorry to hear about the other reviews, I believe they are not true. I had been looking for someone who I could trust for my family and business. After they were recommended by a friend I approached Mr. Gutierrez and I was given an appointment asap. After I explained my cases, Mr. Gutierrez counseled me and explained the process, times expected and costs. His law firm was able to communicate with me in a timely manner and they were also open and available every time I called in for a doubt I had. I did notice they do have a lot of cases so sometimes you just need to be a bit patient but overall they did a great job for us. Thank you Mr. Gutierrez.

Gutierrez Law Firm is one of the firms can provide multiple contact solutions, video conference, conference call and also skype, for us we are in Monterrey, Mexico need a non present solution to be in touch with the lawyers. Hearing so many people's comments, I had doubts about who's good or a bad Lawyer! When came across Mr Gutierrez Law Firm, I was surprised with the professionalism, caring and knowledge they had concerning my case. I was given advice and options. The staff members were informed about the case and were able to answer any questions or concerns I had. I was pulled in by the low cost of filing a new immigration policy. To this day, we have never had the chance to speak to an actual lawyer. Everyone is rude and never calls back. I have heard every excuse in the book and they are not knowledgeable. One person says one thing, and then another changes it the next week...and that's after waiting two weeks for a return call. It was way too late when I figured this out, I had already completely paid them for their service. They lost our paperwork three times! I had literally everything ready for them and they still kept asking me for paperwork that they had right in front of them. We went in and had to show them exactly were it was in the folder that I provided them. I spoke to other clients that ended up just leaving and paying another law firm to file their papers. I would have been better off going with another lawyer who cost more but actually did his job. Stay away! I've worked with several law firms and this one is the worst!!!
