Difficulty reaching the lawyer and staff
“I would try and call to speak to the lawyer but he was never available then I tried to speak with the paralegal and she was never available. I would be placed on hold for 5 to 8 minutes at a time with no answer and then the line would get disconnected.”

Rude and unprofessional behavior from staff
“The receptionist was always very rude she would keep me online and forget and pick up 5 to 8 minutes later and say how can I help you. I would kindly remind her that I was waiting to speak to the paralegal or the lawyer Or even the manager. Very unprofessional very disrespectful and I never got call back from them.”
