Don’t look any further, call Hector and hire him TODAY! This man will FIGHT for you, literally. His dedication, effectiveness and commitment to fighting for your rights and best interests exceeded my expectations. Hector and his team are beyond competent and dependable. During my divorce, I had hired 2 different attorneys to represent me that were extremely ineffective. At my divorce, my attorney said she would not represent me when she knew that my ex would not abide by the court order. I was referred to Hector. I made THE BEST DECISION when I hired him. I told Hector during our initial consultation that I had lost all faith in our legal system. My previous attorneys allowed my divorce to drag out over a year, costing me tens of thousands in expenses. Hector said to let him, and his team change my perception. They definitely did just that and more! Hector and his team were there for me every single step of the way. He was able to fight to get me what I deserved that my previous lawyers failed to do. His team was in constant communication with me, they answered questions as they came up, and I received detailed invoices that explained exactly where my retainer was being used. In the courtroom, Hector is stellar, leaving no stone unturned. His knowledge and expertise of navigating the complexities of divorce law was instrumental in getting a favorable outcome in my case. He is detailed, focused and addressed all of my concerns. He fought for me to be compensated for all of my expenses, attorney fees and personal property. Hector and his team will forever be my legal advisors. My only regret is that I did not hire him at the beginning.

My divorce case was started by another firm which got me the Primary custodian for my daughter. Unfortunately, I had to change due to personal issues. Hired Mr. Garza and right off the bat his communication and lack of commitment to my case were apparent. This was in June of 2018 and the case continued until November 29, 2021, when his skill as a lawyer caused the judge to give Primary back to my "Still" Wife who has mental issues. Today because I asked him to provide me with an update to the final decree, SEVEN MONTHS in the making, he notified me that he is Withdrawing from my case! Totally Unprofessional and I do not recommend him for anything!

As a single mother of 5 children, I must admit I never thought I would EVER find an attorney that could help me. I was referred to Hector Garza by another client and friend....and the SECOND I spoke to him over the phone I immediately KNEW I FOUND MY SHARK. During the course of the whole custody case, Hector was COMPASSIONATE, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FAIR BEYOND BELIEF! Custody cases that pertain to your own children can be very stressful and emotionally draining. During the entire process all I felt was PEACE. I was constantly informed on everything and never once had to worry. That is HUGE! Unlike some other attorneys, he was extremely fair with his billing. I didn't feel like I was being nickel and dimed for every minute. On the contrary, he has worked with me and still continues to do so! In the courtroom: A SHARK!!!! On point, aggressive and fights with passion for what's most important THE CHILDREN who are the ones affected and in the middle. I can tell you this, if you are ever searching for an attorney who will not only fight for you and FIGHT HARD, but also make you feel like a person and guide you, and make you feel at peace, THIS IS THE ATTORNEY TO HIRE! Hector and his staff did a fantastic job in handling my DIVORCE. I called and spoke with Mr. Garza about my situation and advised that I needed to get this done ASAP and he set realistic expectations and executed exactly as he mentioned he would. a divorce is always hard especially when children are involved and Mr. Garza helped me understand how things would work and I appreciate how he took care of my Divorce.... Great job Mr. Garza and Staff!!!! I appreciate your help!!!

I agree with previous review. He has poor communication skills. Did not keep us informed and was always late or just didn't show up for court dates. I recommend you call the day before your court date to make sure you are on his calendar.

Mr. Garza does not communicate with clients. Does not return any phone calls. If you hire him be prepared to do your own research and investigating, also watch your court date and be sure to tell him when and if your court date changes, as he does not inform you. Very, very poor communication skills.
