This lawyer is not one to trust with your case. He represented me in a auto accident case. He never communicated with me. If I was to call his office to speak to him, he would never come to the phone. I tried to fire him but I was told by his legal assistant that if I would fire him, he would puta lien on my case, so I was stuck with him. He is a dishonest hateful person. He lied and told me he would pay my medical providers after we settled the case. He did not pay them and told me to deal with the outstanding bills on my own. He only cared on making his money from my case. When my case was settled, I ended up with less money then he did. Do not trust this lawyer!!!

Mr. Stolmeier was suppose to be representing me in an accident. A family rear ended me and they took my case for over a year then just dropped my case without any clarity. The person hit me in the rear was charged with a DUI. I feel Like misrepresented because of being from another state.

My ex husband lost his job b/c he was being an idiot at work and wanted to reduce his child support. In court he said he was laid off, but Patrick got him to admit that he wasn't laid off but was fired. The judge ruled in my favor and basically said he wouldn't cut my child support because me ex was an idiot. Patrick said it actually happens more often than I'd think.

At first the insurance company wasn't going to pay me because the person who hit me lied to the cops and that was in the police report and there were no witnesses. I didn't know what to do, and a friend recommended Mr. Stolmeier. When he took the deposition of the other guy, he caught him in a lie and the insurance company finally decided to pay 10 times more than what I originally asked them for.

This lawyer is super knowledgeable. He wants you to leave him alone, let him do his work, win your case, and then inform you when he is done. He truly is an excellent lawyer, but if you are looking for a best friend, or someone to call and vent to, this lawyer is not it. He will let you know when he needs you, otherwise STAY OUT OF HIS WAY and let him do his thing. When you do call he is courteous, but blunt and quick. If you want someone who stays on the phone and lets you whine and cry and then says a few words, lets you do more whining, this is not your type of man. If you want to hand him the case, let him do his work, stay out of his way, he wins your case and you never had to sweat it one moment......... this is your kind of lawyer. We love Mr. Stolmeier. His bedside manner is not so great, but who gives a damn when he gives them hell on your behalf.
