I called and spoke to a very nice lady named Brandy to start. She took a message and it was very simple. The reason this was impressive is because it was after 8:30pm. The very next morning Anna called me. I explained my situation. She wasn't able to help me with what I was specifically asking BUT she did help me in a different way. I was given information and given peace of mind. I was really worried about a car accident and the driver who was at fault. He changed his story and I was worried he would try and sue me with his lies. Anna explained how these things work when very little damage is involved and no-one is hurt. She assured me I didn't have anything to worry about. She even gave me some ideas on other things I could do. I just wanted to say thank you for your time and speedy reply. You really gave me peace of mind. So thanks very much. -
