Got into a accident in March and was out of work for nearly 4 months. They paid for all my steroid injections and physical appointments and even gave me an advance on my settlement. I highly recommend this law firm they keep in constant contact with you and check how you are doing. I have never felt so comfortable as I have going through this experience. Their staff are friendly and compassionate and extremely professional. If you are ever in need of a injury lawyer trust me they are the way to go!

I was rear ended in July 2015 and after two years of battling with USAA we finally got a settlement. This has been a long and exhausting experience. All I can say is I can no longer stomach the USAA commercials nor feel they have veterans best interest at hand. In the end they are no different than any other insurance company, they want to minimize or pay little to nothing toward any claim. I spent 22 years in the Army and was with USAA for over 25 years, but after this episode I'm done. I appreciate all the work and effort exhibited by Mr. Shaw and his attorney's especially Gary Gibson! Thank you for your work and support!

Absolutely unethical firm. Handled my case accident case and misled me into signing a settlement agreement for my injury that caused my diminished value lawsuit to be dismissed. After I found this out I called numerous times asking for help and they always said they’d call me back but they never did. The diminished value on my vehicle was appraised at over $12,000 and because of them I never got any compensation.
