Just wanted to write a quick review on my business dealings with this in particular attorney a few particular things I'd like to touch on first off her ratings don't do her any justice A much better hard-working attorney in person very personable and very knowledgeable on just about every topic wide-range lawyer pretty much no question she can't answer made me feel very comfortable especially in this type of situation. The hearing swong in my favor only after I hired Alison Hicks wasted a lot of time and money with almost four or five other attorneys and finally landed on a great one she is top 10 in Texas need I say more she is a winner and will get Swift Justice for a very touchy situation.

Alison Hicks was the answer to our prayers. From the moment we met she conveyed Confidence, Respect, and Honesty. Ms. Hicks and her staff made themselves readily available and kept my wife and I updated throughout the legal process. I was worried the system would make it hard for a good father to gain child custody, but Ms. Hicks represented us and fought for us with professionalism, passion and fierce confidence. Our trust in Ms. Hicks never wavered. Thanks to her, we now have custody of my daughter, the light of my life.

Alison helped me with my very difficult divorce. I was referred to her through another attorney. My case was difficult and because I have 3 children it was extremely important to find a lawyer that would not only listen to the needs but also help guide me along this arduous process. My son hired Ms. Hicks for a divorce/child custody case. In Texas, it's hard for a dad to get primary custody of a child, but Ms. Hicks worked tirelessly on this case and wouldn't back down until we got the result we wanted. My son was awarded primary custody of his child due to her relentlessness and dedication. She is a fierce attorney!!! As a mom, she understands the relationship between a parent and child, and will fight to do what is in the child's best interest. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and how Ms. Hicks handled this case. I highly recommend her!

I hired Alison years ago and it was a great decision. First she took care of my divorce, and then a few years later she handled a modification and enforcement of my decree. I can't stress enough how much she has helped me. I would hire her again in a heart beat.
