He fought for me all the way til the end! He is great at what he does and explained what the state had on me, and reviewed the video of the arrest and looked for ways to fight for me! I can't describe the patient and capable attorney that handled my case. Throughout a year and a half of meetings, my breakdowns, and finally the trial date he was there. I recently hired the Joe D. Gonzales Law firm to handle my case. I was charged with a state felony. Mr. Henricksen worked on my case many times and represented me at some of my court hearings. I recently hired this firm for the second time because I was not allowed to travel for my work. They got me a pass to travel anywhere in the USA for as long as I am on probation. Many firms may have only got me permission to travel within a restricted area and not for the entire length of my probation. This is the second time I hired the Joe D. Gonzales law firm and worked with Mr. Henricksen and I will hire them for anything else I need. What Mr. Henricksen and the Joe D. Gonzales law firm did for me: 1. Got me permission to travel within 30 minutes of hiring him after my court appointed attorney and pretrial services officer gave me the "run-around" for over 2 weeks. I guess they thought I was the International Man of Mystery and would catch a dingy to a safe haven. 2. Once I complete my probation I will not have a record on a state felony. 3. Took a $1500.00 fine off my punishment. 4. Filed a motion for me to travel while on probation anywhere in the USA.
