In March of 2018 our home was invaded by Bexar PD, due to a neighbor's calling the police go say we were sacrificing animals and had all kind of illegal activity going on.This was incorrect. We are Santeros and we were practicing our religion. We were a total of 11 people arrested due to the lack of ignorance about religious freedom. Luckly God and our saints put Daniel in our path. He snd his fellow attorney friends represented 6 of us and all our charges were drop. Thank you Daniel! He is a great attorney and he will fight for your rights.

My husband and I recently had the privilege of meeting Daniel De La Garza. We discovered him in a search for legal services and are extremely satisfied with our choice. Daniel is very personable, and his professionalism and will to win were evident throughout, he made this whole process very smooth and easy to handle. A couple of times I was extremely nervous and Daniel's calm assuredness and determination would ease the tension of this whole process. He was very professional and discreet when speaking to us in the courthouse, always pulling us away from the crowd to give us the details of our case. I hired Daniel Delagarza when I had a run in with Adult Protective Services I was wrongfully accused of neglect. I called Daniel and he assured me that he would be able to help, from the beginning he contacted APS and let them know that he was representing me and that if they needed to speak with me they needed to contact him first which lifted a heavy stressful burden off my shoulders adding to the everyday tasks I have of taking care of individuals with mental disabilities. It was a long ordeal but Daniel was there right by my side the entire time he even showed up at my door in a moment's notice once I was due to speak with investigators. My son was pulled over in Boerne in the early morning hours, originally for speeding. The officer that pulled him over then asked if he could search my son's car. Not having anything to hide, my son agreed. During the search, he found a piece of paper which he considered to be 'paraphernalia'. My son offered to take a drug test on the spot, but the officer refused. On the citation, he was given a warning for speeding, but cited specifically for having 'paraphernalia'. No analysis of the paper was ever conducted to determine if any illegal substances were used. Consequently, my son was looking at a drug-related charge. I hired Mr. De La Garza to represent my son for the case. Prior to the court date, Mr. De La Garza spoke with the prosecutor to attempt to get the charge dropped. The prosecutor, without even looking at the case, only offered a 'deal' that would have had consequences on my son's record. The prosecutor also mentioned he wouldn’t look at the case until the morning of the court date. We had no other choice but to show up to court at the appointed time. Mr. De La Garza asked the court to see the evidence and the police report narrative. The court could only produce a picture, without any police narrative. Without having enough evidence to continue, Mr. De La Garza asked for a dismissal of the case, which was subsequently granted. If the court had not granted the dismissal, Mr. De La Garza had the legal research to continue the argument for dismissal Thankfully, it did not have to go that far. I am satisfied with the representation he provided, and would definitely recommend Mr. De La Garza for representation.

Daniel did a great job with talking to the Judge and made sure I got non guilty. He pretty much did all the work for me and it's great.

Daniel De La Garza is a great attorney and I'm glad to have him as my attorney. I had a problem with the apartment I'm supposed to move in and I ran into a problem with the property management. I hired Daniel to take care of the situation and he did a superb job. I definitely will use him again if I run into an issue that I can't get resolved. Highly recommended...
