I live in Houston and had a legal matter develop with a venue of Hondo, Texas. Knowing attorneys are typically not concerned with travel expenses (they fly 1st class) I searched for one close to the venue. I got lucky in finding David Collins. He helped me through the legal matter and although it was expensive (the plaintiff drug the matter out unnecessarily) I was able to achieve (with David's help) what I wanted from the beginning. I found him to be concerned with keeping expenses down, punctual, and he offered good, sound legal advice. Some attorneys will offer what their client wants to hear instead of what is right. I'm lucky to know him and would seek his expertise again if the need arose.

I met David through office of my long time friend and attorney, representing our corporation since 1985. David took over our case from another attorney. Our case was being litigated in 2 States, Santa Clara County Superior Court, California and Bastrop County Court, Texas. In all there were a total 9 attorneys in both states were involved in our case which was determined to be a complex civil litigation. Certain portion of the litigation in Texas was pursued all the way to the Texas Supreme court.
