Under difficult circumstances, Mr. Shipp, as well as his staff, were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and willingly took time to explain various situations that were involved in settling our daughter's estate . They met with us frequently and provided information and material we needed to make major family related decisions. We were able to ask questions, seek out courses of action, and make arrangements for follow on meetings when required. This is an outstanding organization and they did an awesome job for my family.
