Tom Ard and Araceli Marfil did a great job with handling our family's claim. Our mother was killed in a car accident in April and after speaking with several injury lawyers, Carabin Shaw's crew made us feel important and not just another case. They responded quickly to phone messages and e-mail and by July a settlement had been made with the insurance companies. They were quick, thorough and kept us in the loop. Got into a accident in March and was out of work for nearly 4 months. They paid for all my steroid injections and physical appointments and even gave me an advance on my settlement. I highly recommend this law firm they keep in constant contact with you and check how you are doing. I have never felt so comfortable as I have going through this experience. Definitely recommend them! I had a different law firm after my accident and they were horrible. After firing them I was lucky enough to have came across this firm! Everyone i have encountered have been great! James Shaw is amazing! He kept me informed of everything going on with my case and helped me when I needed it until my case was resolved!
