This firm is pretty known, and they give you updates on class actions, but you have to provide paperwork multiple times, give your full medical record even if your claim is for one thing, and the time frame of the settlement doesn't seem to have an expiration.

I'd give zero stars if that was a choice. Had the pleasure of dealing with them, for my 3m case. They don't provide updates, call back, or do anything really only interested in the quick money grab.

I worked with Jennifer to help me with resolving legal issues after an accident. Jennifer was very helpful and always answered any questions I had right away. She helped me understand my options and helped me to get the best settlement that I could. I appreciated everything she did for me and the way she just listened to me when I needed to talk. I would highly recommend Jennifer if you need help making sure you are protected and get the results that will help you overcome your situation.

VERY…VERY…VERY LITTLE TO NO COMMUNICATION. They are working on a pretty big Mass Tort case and it seems to be too much for the firm to handle. One ⭐️ because of my experience, however if things change I’ll change my view on these guys. As for now, A lot of people are in the same situation as me and most of us have the same opinion.

Been with them since 2019.. worst mistake I could have ever made! They won't return emails or calls and now I'm less than 24 hours away from needing to make a legal decision and no one is in site to help

This was my first experience with a law firm, and if this is one of the best out there, I hope its my last. I filed with them for the 3m earplugs lawsuit years ago, i got a text sometime in september saying the deadline to submit my dd214 was in 2 weeks. Those who know anything about the VA know this deadline is laughable. I tried calling, texting, and emailing them, zero responses. I continued to receive multiple automated texts, emails and calls every single day, but not once could i get a single response from a human being, no one ever called me back. Finally this month i get my disability paperwork from the VA a year and a half after filing, showing i have service connected tinnitus (still no dd214 despite requesting it months ago) WattsGuerra and the court HAD to know how miserably inefficient the VA is when they set this deadline. Amazing now this lawfirm has people answering the phone, now that its too late for me. Almost like they get more money, the less Vets they had to pay out. Absolute scum behavior

I made the unfortunate mistake of choosing Watts Guerra for my 3m litigation. Compared to my peers that used other firms, I had to do more leg work myself, while Watts Guerra got me a substantially worse settlement, despite having more evidence. I wish I could at least say that they were easy to work with. The only time they were easy to get ahold of was when they signed me up. Once I was a client it was nearly impossible to get help and any work they told me they'd do was never followed through on. You'd be better off doing it alone.i would rate this firm lower if it was an option.
