They were not able to help me with my matter

I see all of these reviews and wonder if I'm dealing with the same law firm as the other folks! Clear, concise communication. She told me it would be weeks before they reached back out to me and I'm great with that. That sounds very practical. They were so personable and kind. Nothing bad to say at all!

Terrible. If I could give a 0 I would or negative. I was sent over to them from another Attorney office and they did nothing. Claimed that they were going to work on Zantac claim. Incompetent experts so case got dismissed so now my mother died in vain and can't refile the case. Looking for Attorney to sue them for false advertisement

My complaint is the same as pretty much everyone else who gave a one star. The communication is terrible! you try to call the number it rings rings rings rings and then you get a voicemail and no one ever responds back to you. But they'll send you email after email of the same message over and over again saying they don't have enough information when I know clearly I filled everything out. Only thing that I was waiting on was the audiogram and then when I finally got it from the VA; I called to let them know and they dropped me due to lack of not having that information. And now I'm asking for the release papers so I can go to a new lawyer and they won't give it to me, they keep saying they mailed it to me but I never got it. They said they'll email it to me; they haven't done it at all. I wasted almost a whole year on this and now I'm afraid that I'm not going to be able to get that time back or get the compensation for my tinnitus that I literally have from Iraq when I use the 3M ear plugs. So sad...

The will only represent certain people with autism in the Tylenol class action. Feels like discrimination

This is the worst law firm me and my family have had to deal with, they will not answer any of our calls nor do they care about the people they claim to represent there more about clients with money then there clients that our in need of there service. Watts and Guerra LLP has no respect for the low income families.

A lady in intake just hung up on me when I told her that I would not like to move forward with their representation due to all of the bad things that I have heard about this law firm. I wish I would have never talked to them. If you are looking for an attorney to represent you for the taking Tylenol while pregnant and now the baby has autism, SEEK OTHER REPRESENTATION! (There are so many other law firms handling this lawsuit with way better reviews and compensation) I wish I would have listened to the other reviews because this law firm is full of rude people who do not communicate well.
