I hired Justin after my initial settlement became unacceptable and untenable. I wished I had him the whole way. He was extremely knowledgeable, transparent, and motivated. He was the first lawyer I had that actually listened to me and gave me options instead of excuses or reasons why not to. He took my case that other Lawyers didn’t think would go anywhere and ran with it. When things turned south, he rolled with the punches and tirelessly fought for me and my children to refute false allegation after false allegation. He never backed down from a challenge and fought for me and my children. He got us in front of a judge and made more progress in 6 months than my previous two lawyers were able to in the 2 years of divorce proceedings. In the end he successfully helped me do the impossible…prove a negative, gain time with my children that my ex was trying to deny, and getting the judge to hold my ex accountable for abhorrent behavior. In fact, we got more than we hoped for including legal fees. He was worth every penny, a genuine great human being and fantastic lawyer. I know it’s cliche but by the time we were down we saw Justin less as a lawyer and more as a trusted friend, confidant, and ferocious advocate.

I hired Justin to finalize my divorce that I had filed myself (pro se). His office made the process quick and simple and I was literally divorced the same day! If I hadn’t hired him and instead waited for the county staff attorney to review my case it would have been another 6 months to see a judge. The price was great and the experience was fantastic. I highly recommend hiring him to help you with your legal issues!!

I needed to a lawyer to help me in a child custody trial against my abusive ex husband. Even though we were divorced, my ex husband continued to be controlling, emotionally abusive, and narcissistic. He would keep our son and would not allow me to pick him up, or curse at me in front of his house and in front of our son when I would attempt to pick up our son. In the 10 years I had been divorced, I had never attempted to get a review of child support because I was afraid of what my ex husband would do as he had been violent, loud, angry, and spiteful even after our marriage. I originally called Justin Nichols, because my ex husband would keep our son and not release him to me, and I wanted an enforcement of child visitation. I also wanted Justin to do the review of child support. Sure enough, when I requested a review of child support, my husband petitioned for full custody of our son resulting in a jury trail. At that point, I knew I had to trust Justin Nichols with my son, my everything. Justin and his office staff were extremely responsive. Justin took the time to really listen to my concerns and took the time to understand what type of person my ex husband is, how to address him in court, and in the deposition, and win for me. This was the most stressful period in my life, and I am so thankful Justin was my lawyer. His demeanor, attention to detail, and honesty is unsurpassed. He believes in humor, and is serious when it really matters. Justin and I hugged in the court house hallway after the verdict was read court was dismissed. I could not have explained the peace I felt at that moment, and even now. My son remained in my custody, and I received a much needed increase in child support. Justin, I truly truly thank you for everything from the bottom of my heart.

My partner and I recently found out that we had a problem with title to our home. Unlike the other attorneys we contacted, Justin had a different strategy that was faster and cheaper. His strategy turned out to be spot on, after just two short weeks and a reasonable fee the issue was resolved.
