You are a liar Tony Rodriguez, Kate Soulsby goes out of her way to help Veterans. Mrs. Soulsby has been nothing but a very professional and hard working attorney for me. Custody cases are difficult for all clients and during these times one truly needs a caring, dedicated, and knowledgeable attorney. My husband and I found those qualities in Kate and we are eternally grateful to have crossed paths during our time of need with all the Soulsby Law Firm employees. Our case was a difficult one, in my option, with court proceeding lasting two entire weeks with a jury present. My husband initially had limited contact with his daughter prior to the trial, as the mother exhausted all measures to keep my husband away from her. I write this with all honesty and high regard to the Soulsby Law Firm. This is the first time I had been involved in any family custody case or been exposed to any of these proceedings. Everyone was very patient and understanding at all times. I will admit, I was frustrated sometimes and did not see the whole picture. I absolutely love Kate! Can't say enough positive things about this woman! When I say she fights tooth n nail for you, she really does. I will forever be in this woman's debt. She gave me my family back when the system does everything they can to keep family's apart so they can make money off taking kids. In 2015 and 2016, I hired Kate for custody and child support orders. I was a single mom; my daughter was not quite 2 and I was 5 months pregnant. From the first meeting, Kate did such a great job at allaying my fears. She worked with me to make everything affordable, and she had my best interests in mind as well as those of my children. She made the whole process as easy as possible and was always very responsive. And that includes her staff as well; any time I reached out, they were warm and professional and nothing but helpful. I got everything I wanted and even more so, everything I deserved. And this was even with briefly reconciling with my ex after the birth of our son which was after I initially retained her in 2015. Frank did a great job for me with the issues that I had. Very understanding about the situation and how to handle things. Also, very informative about how things were going to play out and the options that were available to me.

Ms. Soulsby was hands down the most patient and hard working lawyer I have ever dealt with. I was in a very difficult situation with my ex husband and needed a protective order. Kate not only walked me through the entire process, and explained every detail, but she was able to negotiate new terms for child custody.
