Kate and her team have spent several years patently working with me. I’m definitely not the easiest client but I could not have asked for a better group to work with nor a better outcome for my case.

This woman wrote up custody agreement papers for my children and didn't even get my son's date of birth right and my children were to have visits with me which I never received as promised, and my parents completely screwed me over and she helped them do it and because I didn't have enough money for my own family lawyer I had to comply with all the menial stipulations that she so kindly placed in my parents heads. My parents have since realized what she was doing but if you're looking for a family court lawyer and it's about rights to your kids, make sure you have your own legal representation. I didn't get my visitation with my kids for an entire decade because of this woman when I complied with every single one of the stipulations made or offered up by her. Ridiculous! Do you really care about children or your retainer fee? What a joke.

Kimberly is that girl. I’ve had a lengthy order modification that my ex husband served me with almost two years ago. Where to begin. After almost 2 years of litigation fighting for custody of my son, Kate Soulsby and her staff have basically become family. I am a single Father with no legal experience, so I had no clue what my rights were or that I even had a chance at winning primary custody. With Kate on my side, I was able to do just that. They took on an extra issue that wasn't even their responsibility, which that responsibility was for opposing counsel, but yet Ms. Soulsby and her staff still stepped in and helped me figure it all out. As for Ms. Kimberly, she was amazing! Kept me in the loop with everything and never made me feel a type of way. She was super attentive and compassionate. Everyone was. Kate has worked for me for well over a decade now. Throughout this entire time, child custody orders have been in my favor. As a father, I feared that judges would just rule in the favor of mothers, but that was no longer a stigma with me after hiring Kate.
