I hired Mr Pederson a little late in my case after my previous attorney said he could not help. Marc took on the case , acted quickly and without judgement stood by me and supported my decision and got the case to closure. Kudos to him . please don't look any further if you need an honest and ethical divorce lawyer who will support you till the end

It's been 12 years since my divorce. Mr. Pederson was found on military.com when I could not even spell divorce and was not knowledgeable on the process. Fast forward 12 years, I am in a favorable mental, emotional, physical, psychological, and financial status. While those times during the divorce were dark days, I was not able to see the white light at the end of the tunnel. Marc could though, and was at the helm. He assured me he knew military and civil service needs for typical clients. Looking back on my own situation where Marc gave it his all on my case, and also looking at other clients who did not fair well with their legal representation from other high powered firms, if I needed a lawyer again for future military or civil service unique needs, I highly recommend Pederson Law Firm without a doubt. Marc, has been my attorney for over 10 yrs. During that period of time he has represented myself and my 2 special-needs sons (now young men) through every aspect of child welfare and support including my original divorce. Marc helped my family tremendously. I had a lawyer for child custody before, but that didn’t really work out the best. Marc went over everything with me and made me aware of my options. Attorney Pederson handled my custody case while I was a military contractor on the island of Okinawa Japan. He also handled my mediation (while I was in JAPAN). Attorney Pederson was always professional and helped me to regain contact with my daughter after being blocked for two years. This guy is GOOD. Extremely responsive and devoted. What I appreciated most about Marc was his extensive knowledge in Texas Law and his aggressive approach at getting me the most power early on. He was able to get me full conservatorship of my son in less than three months! He is also very crafty at wording court papers for the benefit of his client. With Marc behind me, my ex had no chance. In a separate case I hired him for, Marc was able to get my daughter's deadbeat father's parental rights terminated without anyone else having to adopt her, a task NUMEROUS attorneys and even the Texas Attorney General Child Support Division office explicitly told me was not possible!
