After interviewing a few attorneys, Mr. Lahood demonstrated the tenacity and knowledge that I needed after I made a stupid mistake. I recommend him to everyone I know. You can't take chances when your rights are being threatened.

I was stopped for speeding. But when the cop was talking to me he had me get out of my car and he searched me and found drugs. I couldn't have anything on my record. We went to court and Mr LaHood argued that my stop and search were illegal. The judge agreed and dismissed my case.

I would like to take this opportunity to disclose that I was charged with assault in 2009 in San Antonio, Texas, my former residence. I had just been accepted to a graduate school in South Texas and went out with my cousin to celebrate. The incident involved two intoxicated men attacking me and my cousin outside of a country nightclub. We suspect their provocation was motivated by my cousin talking to a woman they shared an interest in. Fortunately, we were able to successfully defend ourselves. However, when police arrived at the scene, we were arrested simply because we appeared better off than our attackers. We hired Marc LaHood as our attorney to represent both of us. The whole process was very stressful but Marc was very confident that the case would get dismissed. Marc set trail on two separate occasions, we showed up prepared to go to trial and the prosecutors asked for continence each time. Ultimately, he was able to get our cases was dismissed as the facts indicated it was us who were the victim of an attack and had only acted in self-defense as a last resort. I would highly recommend Marc LaHood because of his confidence in his abilities, knowledge and work ethic.

Was charged with a assault and drug case. My first lawyer kept pushing for probation. I talked to 2 or 3 layers. When I met Marc I liked him right away. He got me a not guilty and my drug case dismissed.
