A friend recommended Mr. Rios when my son needed an attorney. I was desperate and scared. The moment I shook hands with Mr. Rios I felt a great confidence in his ability to defend my son. He reassured me and in the months that followed I came to realize how knowledgeable and humane this man is. He always kept us informed was by my son's side at all times, never missing a court date. He made himself available and explained points of law I did not understand. A wonderful lawyer and human being. What was most important to me is that he was not judgmental of my son and showed that he had faith in my son as a person who had erred but could turn around. He defended him with dignity. I would recommend him to anyone who asked.
