After starting out with a national law firm to handle my disability case that appeared to have more cases than staff to handle them I saw a commercial on TV for The Packard Law Firm in San Antonio. I called them and ask a few questions and they were very caring and professional. I took the steps to fire the other firm and I can say that Packard Firm was extremely professional. When I had questions they were quickly answered. I even got a call from Mr. Packard one evening from his home to talk about some concerns I had. I called while he was out of the office and expected a return call the next day, and he handled my concerns after hours. Every employee was very knowledgable about the process and what to expect step by step. I was extremely nervous when I had to go before the administrative judge and MJ was right by my side the entire time and best of all with their assistance I got a favorable decision on my case. One of the best decisions I have ever made was to choose Mr. Samuel Packard to handle my social security disability claim for me. I had started the process myself and found the amount of paperwork and the system to be overwhelming. When I went to see Mr. Packard, his genuine kindness and sincere concern for me personally and for my case put me at ease and took a tremendous weight off of my shoulders.
