I'm very content with the way my case was handled from day one. The firm is very professional and knowledgeable. I was treated with respect , and told exactly how the process would take place. My case was resolved quite rapid , and received my compensation in 6 weeks after my viewing. I received phone calls periodically indicating in what stage my case was in at that point. At the end of my case I had a detailed orientation , in regards to benifits for my children and myself also was informed on how Medicare part A and B work. Printed information was provided in the limitations if one is able to work part time without loosing your benifits rightfully. Overall experience was great. I came to the Packard Law Firm, after an almost 3 year fight on disability. I had been denied the first round, yet was very dissatisfied with my original representation. After winning an appeal, I hired Mr. Packard to represent me in the Appeals case. The entire process was well explained to me, factors and issues I had never understood or been explained, were well detailed for my understanding. The attorney's were incredibly thorough, they did not miss or forget anything. I was kept in the loop the entire time and prepared for the fight ahead. During the hearing of appeals, the attorney was incredibly professional, he did not stop fighting. He had educated himself on every detail of my case, he knew everything. He sat by me and fought for me, he understood how hard this was for me, considering the reason for disability involved mental health disability, which can be very difficult. He stayed focused and was all in all an incredible representation of why I needed disability and he did his job beyond my expectations. I felt like I had someone on my side for once, they understood me, they viewed me as a person with value and not only as an illness. Upon the conclusion of the case, we won the appeal and it is truly because of the Packard Law Firm. Michael Packard understood my condition and was able to pull all the medical problems to present a clear picture of my condition to the judge. The road was long but receiving the disability determination was a blessing!

I am so relieved that I now have hope of being able to live and not be disabled, disregarded and dependent. I had been ill and didn't realize I was disabled until I was not able to work or even just barely live day to day. I applied for Social Security Disablity and was denied. I was in my 50's and had worked all my life since I was 15 and now I couldn't work, could only concentrate on my medical needs and my family suffered. When I was denied I called a couple of attorneys; the conversation with Mr. Packard's firm was entirely different than the other attorney's representatives I spoke with. Mr. Packard's firm was first concerned about me and my disabilities and not so much about where, when and how long I worked to see if I qualified. They asked me about my illness and how I felt and how long I had been out of work and my denial, set up an appointment and we would figure the rest out. I had an appointment with them and they represented me with my appeal. I had applied for disability and was denied and I needed help for my family. My appeal was submitted and approved. Mr Packard's firm understood my feelings and I was treated with sincerity and compassion. I appreciate their help with my case and my family thanks them.
