Yes we would definitley recommend Amber. We researched and checked out several lawyers some never even responded back. Amber called us back within that first day and set up an appt. She met with us and then started the Will and other paperwork within days of our appointment. She is knowledgeable and very professional and was very thorough and communicated back and forth on several different aspects of the paperwork. Within two weeks it was all completed. She had great follow through!!

Ms. Nelson's legal knowledge is heightened by her personal ethics which is evident in all areas but most notable for me was in her billing. I previously worked with a female attorney in the Boerne area whose billing was complicated and peppered with overcharges. Ms. Nelson's billing is fair and easy to understand. Most important though, was that Ms. Nelson had solid legal advice and guided me through potential problems with ease.

Ms. Nelson represented me in a case against an insurance company. She was responsive and kept me informed throughout the process. She reached a settlement favorable to me in the case and managed to do so without requiring much of my time save for the udpates and permissions to procede. Her advice and counsel throughout the process and what to expect next were spot on as she anticipated the next steps in the process before they occurred. I would highly recommend her to others.

Amber was an Excellent lawyer, very patient with me and guided me through the entire process. It's hard planning your estate and she was able to walk me through everything I needed to think about. She is not like a typical lawyer. She takes the time needed to take care of this type of delicate process. You never feel rushed or pressured but I know if you need it done fast she can work at that pace as well.

I needed an attorney to do a General Power of Attorney and chose this law firm because it was close to home. Amber Nelson was the attorney I saw and I was immediately impressed with her personality (professional without being "stuffy"). I explained that I needed this quickly because I was selling property within the next couple of weeks. During her research, she found a situation that I needed to take care of immediately. Feeling the need to expedite this matter, she took it upon herself to work on the weekend and had all the paperwork completed, filed and ready to be picked up within 4 days from the time I first met with her. I was so impressed with her abilities and thoroughness , I hired her to handle the contract and closing of the sale of my property.
