My family and friends (referrals) have been dealing with this firm since 2021 and I can tell you that they’re very professional, very honest, and they are genuinely concerned about each eviction notice as an Individual case. They treat each case individually —- never the same as others….and if anybody knows anything about penal codes etc… is this firm. Most of the attorneys I deal with in Texas —-are not as good with follow up, but David Schaefer works on your case even on Saturday and Sunday—-and that says a lot for their business, work ethics and that means a lot to a client(s) I would recommend these attorneys’ —- this particular one to anyone and you won’t be sorry! He goes did far and beyond. Once you sign a contract with him (them) and they folliw through until the end, and they get you the best and most reasonable results —- that You and your family can live with. He gives you peace of mind by updating you step-by-step — less stress for you during these hard times. Property owners always retaliate against the tenant and they try to make us look like the bad guy—- But David Schaefer listens to all the facts first and then he gives you feedback and honest options. I highly recommend Chiante Jackson. Definitely great customer service and professionalism. She wallked me through the process and put my mind at ease I am also very happy with the out cone. If I ever get another tenant who fails to follow the lease agreement, Chiante is the one I will call on. Thank you so much for everything!

Mr Schafer is a great person to deal with, very attentive, knowledgeable and highly proficient. He exceeded our expectations when we were going through an eviction during a very difficult time in our life. His services are very reasonably priced, so much so, that we tried to keep him on retainer just in case we had any legal concerns going forward. Bad lawyer

I can not stress enough how much help Mr Schafer was to my family and I. He was super prompt at getting back to us and keeping communication!! He seemed to care and be honest! And he was affordable. He was exactly what you hope to get out of an attorney but rarely seem to find. I highly recommend him.

It.was longer than usual hold times for calls.

Although highly recommended I need medical records to track exactly what happened at my apt complex known as The Stella apartment complex. 7 hospitalizations w/ 108,301.91 dollars later since July until present I am homeless for my 64th birthday Nov. 6th, 2021 Disabled and homeless...I am in need of representation . My home is my castle. When looking for a lawyer to help me with a legal matter on my home I was cautious and skeptical. After taking the leap of faith I was very pleased with these folks. I don't do online reviews very often but they deserve five stars. Appreciate the hand-holding through the process it certainly eased my fears.

Ok very knowledgeable on texas renters laws i think there are 2 you cant file a complaint unless you pay your rent and if you paid your rent they don't care about your complaint.

Mr.David Schafer was very professional an explained everything so I could understand. I would recommend him to anyone that needs help with an eviction! I would give 10 stars if I could..😊
