While we had a few hiccups along the way, there is no doubt that Counselor Schafer comes to the table fully armed with legal knowledge. He knows exactly how to protect our rights as tenants from angry landlords. He successfully got a maliciously filed eviction from our previous landlord dismissed. We would certainly use him and his firm again if we ever encounter another eviction proceeding. Thanks for everything, Counselor.
